Web Designer Tutorials for Xara Web Designer 9 Premium. In this web design tutorial I will show you how to use a photo as your full-width background. In order to use a picture as a full-width website background you will first have to set it as the pasteboard background. After setting it as a pasteboard background you will have to uncheck the website option for tile otherwise your image will repeat an infinite times on your website background. Lastly we will set the photo background to full-width allowing it to cover the whole web browser screen. The last step is optional but I would highly recommend resizing the image so that it will be easier to reference where you would want your website elements in relationship to the photo background.
